It’s about living compassionately by default.” Amen! I’ve been a vegan now for 9 years and I always say I blame Michael Pollan. I read “The Omnivore’s Dilemma” and I never ate another piece of meat again after just one chapter! I’ve since read several books on the subject and have remained committed to being a total vegan.
